Simyo 5g
It works from the moment you activate it and the following 15 days. To activate it you need to have a current tariff with the “Create your tariff” system and at least one normal data bonus contracted (excluding night, weekend, extras or specials).
It is limited to 1 free 20GB bonus per line, once activated, the 20GB bonus will be used first and then your normal bonus. The 20GB are not cumulative, but the remaining megas from your normal bonus are, so you will continue to accumulate them.
As soon as the fiber is installed and working, we will process the rest of your order (sending sims, mobiles, portability…) This way we can make sure that the fiber is working properly before porting your mobile lines or making any other transaction that you have asked us to do. But if you prefer to process everything at the same time and you don’t want to wait for the fiber, you can also process this option if you make the order by phone through 1644 and request it expressly.
If you unsubscribe, we will send you return instructions. In any case, there will be no charge unless you return it 45 days after unsubscribing or in poor condition. In that case, 60€ will be charged.
Simyo rates
If you are an average user, you like to surf the Internet without having to worry about running out of data and, from time to time, make a call, for 19 euros per month you have 35 GB and 200 minutes.
Simyo does not have its own network infrastructure as such, but uses the technology deployed by Orange as if it were its own. In other words, Simyo’s coverage does not depend on signing agreements with other operators, which could be subject to changes or eventualities, but in this case coverage is more than guaranteed through Orange’s service.
In line with the operator’s “easy and no strings attached” strategy, becoming a Simyo customer is very simple. All you have to do is access its website, select the tariff you wish to sign up for, whether it is a contract or prepaid tariff, choose the amount of mobile data, as well as the minutes for calls to mobiles and landlines. Once this is done, the transaction can be completed on the page itself.
Both contract and prepaid customers will be able to enjoy Simyo’s customer service. By phone, email and social networks, in addition to the website, they can contact Simyo managers to resolve any incident.
