Habilidades blandas
Las habilidades duras son las capacidades específicas que se requieren para un determinado trabajo. Estas habilidades son específicas y enseñables, y pueden definirse y medirse fácilmente. Normalmente, las personas aprenden las habilidades duras en la escuela o en sus trabajos anteriores. Por ejemplo, si está contratando a personas para puestos de ingeniería, las habilidades duras pueden incluir cosas como una designación de ingeniero profesional, experiencia con equipos de soldadura o la capacidad de reparar equipos. Las habilidades duras también pueden incluir el dominio de un idioma extranjero, como el francés o el español.
