Habilidades blandas

Las habilidades duras son las capacidades específicas que se requieren para un determinado trabajo. Estas habilidades son específicas y enseñables, y pueden definirse y medirse fácilmente. Normalmente, las personas aprenden las habilidades duras en la escuela o en sus trabajos anteriores.
