Estas condiciones generales están sujetas a lo dispuesto en la Ley 7/1998, de 13 de abril, sobre condiciones generales de la contratación; Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias; la Ley 22/2010, de 20 de julio, del Código de Consumo de Cataluña; la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales; el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679, también conocido como Reglamento general de protección de datos; y la Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico.
Para completar la matrícula, los estudiantes deben cumplir todos los requisitos de matrícula del curso o programa correspondiente. Los requisitos de matrícula están recogidos en la normativa académica de la facultad correspondiente.
Una vez completado el proceso de matrícula, los estudiantes recibirán un correo electrónico de confirmación. Este correo no implica que el alumno haya sido admitido, ya que la admisión está condicionada al cumplimiento de los requisitos de admisión estipulados para cada titulación.

It is also foreseen that there will be face-to-face assessment tests, which in the future could be carried out online, and a final paper. It should be noted that students will finish the training cycles with a high level of digital skills, a competence that is widely recognized and valued by companies, human resources managers and headhunters.
One of the most noteworthy new features is that enrollment will be continuous, in order to deseasonalize the vocational training offer and to allow students to enroll when it suits them best or when they need it most. Cycles will be able to start every month. To make this possible, the projects and seminars of the cycle will be organized appropriately.
The requirements for access to these training cycles will be the same as those required for access to on-site higher vocational training. A validation office will recognize the students’ previous training and professional experience.
Since it is an official higher education, students will have access to university studies once they have passed the training cycle. The validations with respect to the degrees will be defined.

Online vocational training

Jesuitas Educación (JE) and the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) will offer online vocational training studies starting in the 2016-2017 academic year through an educational model that moves away from the conventional offer. Both institutions have signed an agreement whereby the JE network of centers, which is immersed in the Horizon 2020 educational transformation process and has solid experience in vocational training, and the UOC, a leading university in e-learning, will launch four higher-level training courses: Web Applications Development, Sales and Commercial Space Management, Marketing and Advertising, and Administration and Finance, which will be taught according to a new concept of vocational training.
