Mercantile registry spain search for a company
To begin you must go to the web site of the Mercantile Registry and make a certificate request. In that document you must include 3 possible names for your S.L. so that you are informed of the availability of the 3 in the same application and you do not have to send the document again and again.
When the certificate is granted, the name will remain reserved for 6 months. Even so, to register it before the notary it is only valid for 3 months, having to be renewed if it exceeds this period.
This document is not easy to draw up and is usually requested directly from a notary or a lawyer. If you want to write it by yourself or if you want to check that they are well written you can do it checking that all these sections are there:
As you can see it is not a simple or quick document to do. I really recommend that you ask a notary or lawyer to do it, since you will save a lot of time and several headaches.
This is the most expensive step of the whole process, since it must be done before a notary. The price of the procedure depends on the place where you live, but it is usually around 300-500 €.
Cooperative company
The creation of companies by Internet (CIRCE) is a system that offers the possibility of carrying out the procedures for the incorporation and start-up of the Limited Liability Company by telematic means. This avoids travel and produces substantial savings in time and costs. For companies with share capital not exceeding 3,100 euros, the notary and registry fees will be those established in Royal Decree Law 13/2010.
With the sending of the completed DUE through the Internet, the telematic processing begins. From this moment on, the telematic processing system (STT-CIRCE) sends to each body involved in the process the part of the DUE that corresponds to it so that it can carry out the procedure within its competence.
Request from the Central Mercantile Registry the negative certification of the company name of the future LLC (justification that the name of the company is neither assigned nor reserved by another company).
Once the certificate has been obtained, a copy must be attached to the DUE. The validity of the certificate is of three months renewable for another three months, it is important to take into account these deadlines to avoid that the certification may expire during the process of incorporation of the company.
Public limited company
First of all we have to differentiate between the two concepts: the incorporation procedures are those aimed at the creation of the company as an independent legal entity and differentiated from the partners, and the start-up procedures are those aimed at the beginning of the activity.
All the members of the company must be present at the moment of the signature of the deeds with originals of the DNI, concession of the name of the Company and the certification of having made the bank deposit of the capital. After 3 or 4 days the deeds are withdrawn and it is at that moment when the cost of the notary’s office is paid.
In cases of needing permissions for industrial activities by qualifications or several certifications, these will have to be requested before initiating the activity before the Department of Industry. < Previous | Next >

The incorporation of a company is one of the first activities for the creation of a company and allows a person or a group of them to organize their business by defining a series of aspects such as the determination of the corporate purpose, the specification of the capital stock and the participation of the partners in it, the division of roles, the delegation of rights and the responsibility of each of the partners in the operation of the company, among others.
Chilean legislation establishes the existence and regulation of the following types of companies: -Stock Corporation (Law 18.046 of 10.22.1981) -Stock Corporation (Art. 17, Law 20.190 of 06.05.2007- Commercial Code) -Limited Liability Company (Law 3. 918 of 03.14.1923) – Individual limited liability company (Law 19.857 of 02.11.2003) – General partnership (Code of Commerce, COD-1865 of 11.23.1865, art. 348 et seq.) – Limited partnership (Code of Commerce, COD-1865 of 11.23.1865, art. 348 et seq.).
