Of course, when you make a transfer, they will send the beneficiary an SMS or email when the money is already in their account. In addition to this, this procedure can be done through the CaixaBankNow customer area or directly through the app.

The steps to make an international transfer in CaixaBankNow are quite similar to those to make a domestic transfer, but there are a number of differences to be taken into account:

How to make an international wire transfer

An ordinary wire transfer is the movement of funds from one account to another electronically without physical movement of the money. These ordinary transfers are generally credited within 24 working hours at the most in the recipient account, if both accounts are in the national territory.

And although it is also possible to resort to this type of transfers for other reasons, it is usual that the entities order this type of transfers to transfer amounts destined to the cancellation or subrogation of loans.

These types of transfers, which are generally made for large fund movements, have higher commissions than ordinary transfers and their amount will depend on each institution and the conditions agreed in the service contracts with their customers.

These MFOs use a payment system owned by the Eurosystem (European Central Bank) called TARGET2.  This is the main European platform for processing large-value payments and is used by both central banks and commercial banks to process payments in euros in real time.  Thus in OMF transfers the amount of money arrives to the account of the payment service provider of the beneficiary, in this case to the bank account of the seller of the property you want to buy, the same day the transfer is ordered.

Transfers via the bank of spain

Everything seems to indicate that in the near future cash will be eliminated from economic traffic, leaving only digital money. In this financial context, bank transfers are essential. The main problem is that they are not immediate. However, in case of need we can opt for urgent bank transfers or OMF transfers. But what exactly are they and what are they for?

However, if we need to send money urgently, we have at our disposal the OMF transfers, also called urgent, instant or immediate transfers. OMF transfers (funds movement orders) are urgent transfers that are credited to the corresponding bank account on the same day as the transaction is carried out. For a small fee, of course.

Like ordinary transfers, urgent transfers require the IBAN of the bank account to be provided. In addition, in some cases the SWIFT code is also required.
