The Fast and the Furious are back for a new race! Fast and Furious is a movie saga that has won the hearts of the people for its moments of uncontrolled speed combined with the adrenaline that has characterized it. Where it has been reimagining and introducing characters that are essential to its story. So much so that since the fifth installment, we did not believe that Luke Hobbs, the character played by the Rock, would come to stay and be part of a cast that sadly lost Brian O’Conner, Paul Walker, something that fans were very touched by his charisma within the films, let’s start.
Fate of the Furious, the eighth film in the series, keeps that progression going. It is the tallest, most expansive and biggest film in the series to date. For old time’s sake there’s a car chase in Cuba. But most of the running time of the feature incorporates major conflicts such as nuclear situations, electromagnetic pulses and Siberian submarines. It’s all more ridiculous and implausible than ever but it’s still entertaining and keeps us smiling all the time.

Preparations for the film began immediately after the release of Furious 7 (2015). In October 2015, after making the film Straight Outta Compton, F. Gary Gray was announced to direct the film in place of James Wan, who had directed the previous film in the saga.
Dominic “Dom” Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his wife Leticia “Letty” Ortiz (Michelle Rodriguez) are celebrating their honeymoon in Havana, Cuba. They are checking out a car that has a father’s boat engine with his son when a girl warns Dom that his cousin Fernando Toretto (Janmarco Santiago) is in trouble, because he owes money to a guy named Raldo (Celestino Cornielle) and in turn Raldo decides to take Fernando’s car as his own for not paying him. Dom then steps in to defend his cousin, but Raldo offends Letty. Feeling that Raldo is a loan shark, Dom challenges Raldo to a street race. If he wins, he gets Raldo’s car, but if Raldo wins, he gets Dom’s car, the 1966 Chevrolet Impala. Both then agree to a Cuban mile race.

Is this how han will return in fast and furious 9?

Dominic Toretto’s partner is known for her bravery and skill behind the wheel. She is always ready to carry out the craziest plans. Fast chases don’t scare her at all and she knows how to lead when her team needs her. Dom is deeply in love with her and knows her better than anyone. But something happened in this woman’s life that marked her forever.
In 2009’s Fast and Furious 4, Dom and Brian team up to take down drug lord Arturo Braga and his crew. Among the group of criminals is Fénix “Rise” Calderón. Why is this character important? In one sequence of the film he is responsible for Letty’s murder. She acted as an undercover agent to dismantle the drug dealer’s operation. Dom finally manages to avenge the death of his beloved in a violent way: he runs over Fenix and kills him instantly.
Then the makers of the saga surprised: in a mid-credits scene in Fast 5, Agent Monica Fuentes hands Officer Hobbs a folder and asks him if he “believes in ghosts,” revealing a photo of Letty Ortiz who had recently attacked a military convoy in Berlin.
