With its compact SUV profile, the new Niro stands out for its smooth proportions. On the road, its relatively wide floor plan inspires stability and a low center of gravity. The KIA Niro Hybrid boasts homologated CO2 emissions of just 88 g/km (combined cycle), as well as average fuel consumption of 3.8 liters per hundred kilometers. The 1.56 kWh lithium-ion polymer battery is the lightest and most efficient KIA has ever used. It boasts 50% higher energy density and 13% higher energy efficiency than batteries from leading rivals.

The Kia e-Niro is technically the same car as the Hyundai IONIQ electric, with which it shares platform and mechanics, but in this case in a slightly more spacious and at the same time shorter SUV format.
